When opening the Sovány Vigasz confectionary in Újlipótváros, the goal of Klaudia Csurpek was to bake healthy cakes that don’t lack flavour. Her creations are gluten-, lactose- and sugar-free, but make no compromise. It’s worth tasting one of her cheesecakes or chestnut creams even if you don’t follow any specific diet. The confectionery was so successful in its first years in Budapest that by now it has become a chain, with outlets in Budaörs, Pilisvörösvár and Győr.
