Schrödinger Macskája (Schrödinger's Cat) is a spirit bar on Kertész utca, where you can get special drinks that you won’t find in many other District VII pubs. On top of craft beers, the selection is dominated by liquor: 35 types of rum, 12 types of gin, 6 types of tequila and mescal, 16 types of whiskey and other spirits and cognacs await here, available in 3 and 5  centilitre servings. With the quality drinks and the Art Deco interior, it’s easy to forget that you’re in the middle of Budapest’s party district. The owner-bartender is always happy to tell you more about the liqueur, drinking habits and, of course, about the famous experiment of Erwin Schrödinger, after which the bar was named.
