The word sáo refers to bird twitter, a nod to the homely, communal Vietnamese custom of keeping birds as house pets. This Vietnamese-Chinese restaurant, run by three close friends, operates in this same spirit in the Gozsdu Udvar, preparing everything with care, from traditional recipes. The menu at Sáo features soups, noodles, rolls, dumplings, desserts and delicious Vietnamese coffee. A pleasant atmosphere is generated by shared tables, guests often chat away with other diners, and even the chef.
