This signature theatre on Nagymező utca has been welcoming visitors since 2009. However, this is not the only reason as to why the Radnóti is stands out among its peers: the titles on the repertoire, alongside names like Chekhov, Gogol and Ibsen, do not necessarily suggest the experimental approach typical elsewhere along Nagymező utca. Their primary goal is to strike a balance between various contemporary directions and classic traditions while keeping up a modern approach. Each year, the theatre offers four premieres and eight plays in its repertoire.
