You can find the Polaris Observatory tucked away in the Óbuda Szabadidőpark recreational area. At night, the observatory shuts off its lights and its experts welcome visitors with talks about celestial phenomena. In addition to these telescopes presentations, volunteers hold study groups for children and adults, and the institute hosts amateur astronomer meetings. Those interested can keep track of their events in a frequently updated online calendar (Hungarian-only).
