The organic workshop of Pipacs Bakery is located in Óbuda, near the city limits. Here, three good friends bake together: Máté, Marci and Ádám met in France and, after returning home, they decided to bring what they learned to the Hungarian public. The team has changed since, but their mindset and commitment to quality have stayed the same. Pipacs is special because they do not make any other bakery products aside from bread – with the exception of a maximum of 25 baguettes a day, which they usually run out of pretty quickly. On Saturdays, their delicious goods are also available at the Csörsz utca Organic Market.
