In case anyone gets hungry after visiting the zoo in the City Park, Pántlika is the perfect choice for grabbing something to eat; you can find traditional Hungarian dishes on the menu, such as goulash soup, and different stews, but their true specialty is their burgers – they are all flavored with the signature spices of the city they are named after. It is worth to try the Budapest burger, which has fried egg, pickles, cheese, and salami in it as well, besides the meat. At this charming pavilion you can have a nice dinner and drink, while watching kids playing nearby.
Tip: We also recommend their slowly cooked American ribs that also sit in a smoker while being prepared. It is best paired with Belle-Vue Cherry Beer or with a glass of Káli kövek.
