The ONO Poké Bowl Bar on Bartók Béla út has taken Hawaii’s most emblematic dish, a real superfood, to Budapest. The rice- or vegetable-based plates topped with raw, marinated salmon, ahi tuna, sautéed chicken breast or tofu can be enhanced by a variety of healthy ingredients. There are standard combinations, but visitors are welcome to create their own, unique poke bowls on the spot, perhaps combined with one of the excellent cocktails from the bar.
