The open-view kitchen allows you to peek into the manufacturing process. The 27-layered butter croissants, made from a Danish recipe, are ideal with your morning cappuccino. Try the cardamom rolls as well, a big hit. Nor/ma breads are available citywide, but the freshest ones are best found at this bakery.
