Római-part is one of most idyllic places in Budapest in summer. Nap bácsi sets the bar pretty high as well, with its family-friendly attitude, great kitchen and waterside community space. Rizmajer’s cherry beer and Scottish Brew Dog IPA is best enjoyed on a wooden sun lounger, and there are great alcohol-free drinks as well, including apple-beetroot juice and the rosehip-apple lemonade. A cold gazpacho always comes in handy, and a good Hermelín, pickled Czech camembert, goes well with beer. For a more substantial dish, there are chicken quesadillas and grey-beef wraps.
