At the Mr Masala eatery on Kolosy tér in Óbuda, everything and everyone comes from India and the owner, Sanjay Sharma, is an expert in the country’s gastronomy. He also runs a shop, Masala Market, where he sells authentic and natural ingredients, straight from India. In Mr Masala, he puts them to good use to create traditional meals. The menu is diverse, with a huge selection of curries, masalas and other specialities.
