Miksa Róth, the great and respected applied artist participated in the decorating of many public and private buildings of Budapest. He purchased the property in Nefelejcs Street in 1910: the street side building served as the Róth family’s home, while the beautiful glass paintings and mosaics were made in the courtyard workshop. In addition to exhibiting some of these artworks, three rooms of the memorial house that were preserved in their original condition offer the opportunity of a bit of time travel to the home of the respected artist-citizen.
