Meatology’s first restaurant by the Basilica was an immediate success, showcasing the exciting meat creations and professional approach of the Pataky brothers. Their aim is to reinvent traditional Hungarian dishes with meat that is indigenous to Hungary, choosing their ingredients with care: the mangalica pigs and Hungarian grey cattle are bred in small farms in the countryside. Their motto is ‘slow food, fast’, and they are sticking to it. Here you won’t have to wait hours for your meal.
