Massolit Books & Café is a fusion of a café and bookstore on Nagy Diófa utca, in the heart of the Jewish Quarter. Its name comes from cult Soviet novel The Master and Margarita ('Literature for the Masses'). It mainly sells foreign-language editions both new and used, in subjects that are difficult to find in Eastern Europe, plus literature, albums and reference books. Readings and workshops are also scheduled, and the back terrace provides one of the loveliest spots in the neighbourhood for coffee.
