The aim of MÁK Bistro is to introduce high gastronomy to the wider public in a casual yet refined environment. The interior resembles the basement of a medieval castle with bare brick walls and a domed ceiling, perfectly in contrast with the modernity of the dishes. The chef likes to play around with colours and textures, refraining from traditional routines and ingredients. This restaurant is therefore recommended to anyone open to unconventional and daring flavours and casual bistro vibes. Dishes arrive in small portions, so you can taste each set menu without being too full.
