At Iguana, you feel as if you were sitting in a bar in Albuquerque or Phoenix – and you only have to walk as far as Szabadság tér. Its founder, the late Cory Skolnik, managed to create Budapest’s best Mexican restaurant and expat hangout. Iguana is actually best described as American-Mexican with suitable design and dishes such as its iconic cheeseburger, BBQ, tacos and burritos. The food is made with authentic imported ingredients and you can wash everything down with Mexican beers or cocktails.
