The four-star Hotel Nemzeti was built for the Hungarian Millennial celebrations of 1896. Now part of the French Accor group, it features a stylish bar, 24-hour room service and an infrared sauna in a space that sits under a stained-glass roof from the late 1800s. The location is as central as it was a century or more ago, right on the Nagykörút, served by frequent trams 4/6. Each of the 80 rooms has tea- and coffee-making facilities and attractive toiletries in the bathroom.
