Moving away from Budapest’s Chinatown into the city centre, Happy Panda has a truly one of a kind approach: they serve authentic northern Chinese dishes wrapped up as street food, with a budget-friendly menu. Visitors can choose between soups, noodles, sandwiches, salads, steamed rolls, filled dumplings and pancakes. Favourites include geda tang vegetable soup with noodles and jiaozi rolls. Each meal is prepared on the spot, even the sauces are homemade. Dishes come quickly – it’s only a short wait before you can tuck in.
