The Gerlóczy is a cosy, Parisian-style café, restaurant and boutique lodging a few steps from City Hall on Gerlóczy utca, in downtown Budapest. Its atmosphere is intimate, the décor tasteful and the open kitchen enticing. The menu changes according to season. French flavours dominating, but touches of the Mediterranean also appear. The breakfast menu features pastries, sandwiches and bistro meals with tasty coffee concoctions, while in the evening, glasses of fine wine please guests. The Gerlóczy also has a shaded, tranquil terrace with a leisurely atmosphere, similar to its separate confectionery at Czakó Kert.
