Free is a gluten-free family bakery aimed at making life with gluten intolerance easier, as they bake their goods from their own flour mix and produce such high-quality products that the difference between regular pastries and gluten-free versions can hardly be discerned. This outlet on the Buda side offers two types of bread every day (one basic and one daily special), at least one kind of roll, classic kakaós csiga (cocoa roll), filled pastries and sandwiches.
