At FIRST Craft Beer open brewery, they pay great attention to detail and quality. A visit here, up on the busy north Pest artery of Váci út, reveals the secrets of beer-making with professional technique at a small-scale brewery. FIRST's beers – ready for sampling at the tap bar – are less intense than those of other brands, and they rarely contain more alcohol than 4-5%. They also represent a real local success story, FIRST now overseeing two more conventional bars in the city centre, one on Dob utca, the other on Madách tér.
