If you like to have something high-quality and healthy for breakfast, and you also care about your ecological footprint or you lead a vegan lifestyle, you should definitely pop into Fill Good, found in Hollán Ernő Street, where funnily, they fill their pastries with all kinds of goods. Here, they make vegan pastries without additives, made of mostly local ingredients and cane sugar and they offer bio juices. Try their rosemary-potato rustic pizza, or the poppy seed-banana pastry (made of real bananas). At Fill Good they collect their waste selectively, they intend to use as many Hungarian ingredients as possible and they also treat their guests with fair trade coffee.
