In the tiny information office on Fő tér in the heart of Óbuda, you can not only find details about cultural events but also buy tickets for festivals and concerts, purchase souvenirs at the museum shop and use the free WiFi while tucking into lunch or cake and coffee. Alongside, the shaded terrace and courtyard stage their own concerts, readings, exhibitions and film clubs, and co-host local festivals. In summer and in the run-up to Christmas, Esernyős runs Gázlámpa Kioszk, the smallest café in town, once an industrial landmark.
