This small, intimate bistro in Dohány utca is an innovative, fresh and promising place. ESCA is a studio restaurant, meaning that this cosy nook can accommodate a maximum of 20 guests. The kitchen is open and quite close to the guests, so you can easily watch your meal being prepared. The chef is Gábor Fehér, who combines elements of French, Scandinavian, raw and other cuisines with high professionalism. The menu always features seasonal delicacies and the extensive wine list consists of 60 varieties from Hungary’s most renowned viticulture regions.
