In the spring of 2015, a new chapter opened in Buda’s gastronomic scene, within in a villa in District II. Here, a counter on the ground floor contains delicious desserts while the elegant gallery is perfect for breakfasts, business meetings, afternoon tea or early-evening champagne. The ground floor also contains a fine-dining restaurant where top-quality Hungarian favourites – chicken paprikash, mangalica cheek, potato casserole – are prepared in an open kitchen. A charming garden comes into its own in summer. Émile also features a bakery, Cacao, opened in 2019.
