In the spring of 2015, a new chapter opened in Buda’s gastronomic scene. Guests can find almost everything they need at this villa in District II. The counter on the ground floor contains delicious desserts while the elegant gallery is perfect for breakfasts, business meetings with coffee, afternoon teas or early-evening champagne. On the ground floor, you can also find a fine-dining restaurant where top-quality Hungarian favourites – chicken paprikash, mangalica cheek, potato casserole – are prepared in an open kitchen. A charming garden comes into its own in summer. Émile also features a bakery, Cacao, opened in 2019.
