‘From Atlas to Ararat, from the Bosphorus to Gibraltar’ – so goes the motto of Dobrumba, on the corner of Dob utca and Rumbach Sebestyén utca. Its atmosphere evokes the cool bistros of New York, while its recipes were inspired by the owner’s travels in the Middle East, Mediterranean and Caucasus. They offer mezzes, dips, and main dishes, incorporating flavours from Spain, Italy, Portugal, Morocco, Israel, Lebanon, Georgia, Armenia and Turkey. Beside this international food selection, Dobrumba also pleases visitors with tasty coffee concoctions, a well-curated wine list and varied drink specialities.
