Located at the Pest foot of Árpád Bridge, the Dagály Baths first opened in 1948. Later it was expanded and in 1970, healing waters from the Széchenyi Thermal Bath was redirected to its pools, elevating Dagály to the status of a medicinal spa. Beside its curative effects, the Dagály is also a child-friendly place to relax and have fun. At the moment, ten pools of various shapes and temperatures sit in pleasant, picturesque surroundings. The adventure pool offers a wide variety of activities: a lazy river, a bubble bed, a whirlpool, neck showers, geysers and paddling sunbeds.

Since 2017, a new complex can also be found here: the Duna Aréna, the venue that hosted the FINA World Aquatics Championships. It has just been reopened to the public, primarily for athletes and hobby swimmers, with a 50- and a 25 metre-long pool, a diving pool and a gym.
