Lajos Bíró and his team opened Buja Disznó(k) in the autumn of 2015 at Belvárosi Piac, the Downtown Market. The witty name, 'Lustful Pig(s)', suggests that the main ingredient is pork, which is served in huge slices, and the quality is excellent. Either fresh bread, homemade pickles or potato salad can be the perfect garnish for the crispy, golden-brown meat. On their menu, you can find Filipino bopis or even a pig-killing dinner for the serious carnivores. You can ask for classic fried meat on any day of the week.
