Opened in the summer of 2012, Bors Gastrobar on Kazinczy utca is a real curiosity. They deserve an A+ for their special soup-and-sandwich combinations, made of carefully selected ingredients. Their daily refreshed specials include baguettes, vegetable stews and pasta creations. Look out for coconut-chilli pumpkin-cream soup with toasted pumpkin seeds, ginger-blueberry forest-fruit soup with mandarin panna cotta and white wine-juniper-and potato stew. The French Lady is their most popular option, with rosemary red-onion jam, spicy chicken breast and Emmental cheese.
