Master Wang, the most well known figure in Chinese gastronomy in Budapest, has opened two Biang Bistros in 2018 – one of them on Vámház körút. The aim of this second restaurant is to present an even broader palette of Far Eastern cuisine: here you can choose from twice as many dishes. Just to mention a few, there's white wood ear salad, shrimp-pork balls in a crunchy crust, dried tofu with cucumber salad, and hot and sour glass noodles. The extended menu comes with an expanded space. Compared to the first bistro at Oktogon, this venue can accommodate thrice as many hungry diners. And for hungry eyes, the showcase kitchen's popular noodle-making robot can be found here as well.
