After one of them learned the trade in Ireland, the couple who owns this bakery started their own business with an Irish sourdough starter called Paddy – named after Saint Patrick, of course. The high quality sourdough breads and baguettes are paired with an abundance of sweet and salty pastries, croissants, sandwiches, rolls and more, while the caffeine supply is provided by the light roast coffee of One Eleven.
