Alterego Club and Lounge, one of the trendiest gay clubs in Budapest, is found on Dessewffy utca near the city centre. Their diverse party series include live cross-dressing shows (every Friday and Saturday at midnight), frequented by a neat, not-exclusively-gay crowd. Alterego is great for an authentic club ambience, cocktails with smart people and dancing (poles available) to the pop hits of the moment.
