The 21 Restaurant is located in the Buda Castle. Despite the limestone walls, dark-wood furniture and traditional table settings, this place exudes a modernity thanks to its creative dishes. The goal of the restaurant is to serve traditional Hungarian dishes reimagined for the 21st century, thus altered for a healthier diet. All ingredients are procured from local sources and smack of authenticity. On their wine menu, you’ll only find Hungarian varieties – and only the best – some of which are hard to come by elsewhere.
