character to Budapest, offering truly authentic flavours while trying to
protect the environment at the same time. They use as little meat as possible
at the restaurant: there are multiple vegetarian bento boxes in addition to
ones with chicken, beef and crab, while the kimchi is completely vegan. The packaging of the takeaway boxes is made from biodegradable materials, reflecting the bistro’s
sustainable mindset.
