Contemporary Taiwanese cuisine is wonderfully exciting as
it’s based on both Chinese and Japanese traditions, but has also been affected
by Portuguese, French and American gastronomy. 101Bistro brings this diverse
character to Budapest, offering truly authentic flavours while trying to
protect the environment at the same time. They use as little meat as possible
at the restaurant: there are multiple vegetarian bento boxes in addition to
ones with chicken, beef and crab, while the kimchi is completely vegan. These
delicious boxes are only available for takeaway at the moment – most of the
packaging is made from biodegradable materials, reflecting the bistro’s
sustainable mindset.
