Madzag
Madzag
is a company specifically designed for urban life with a dog. Their collections
include everything from minimalist leashes to adorable dog lapel pins, food
bowls, art prints and everything in between. Designed with the Earth in mind,
owner Melinda Molnár strives to use natural materials and premium quality, hand-in-paw with the unique products available on Madzag's website.
Melinda was working as a designer in Madrid which she began shifting her focus towards
the world of dogs. Her designs show a wide range of inspirations, from Bauhaus
to space exploration and the groovy vibes of the 80s! The eye-catching enamel
pins were a collaboration with Olovka Studios, and Melinda has one other
hard-working employee on the payroll: Habók the Hungarian greyhound, self-appointed
quality tester of the products!

Maacraft
The
special design of Maacraft’s doggie beds has two remarkable properties: for
one, it creates a safe space for dogs to sleep beneath a transparent roof, and
for another, they're made by employees with autism at the Maacraft social workshop. The collection was designed by Dániel Szalkai, with the collaboration
of Madzag’s Melinda
Molnár.
Custom
pieces are available in two sizes and multiple shapes, so you can easily tailor
them to the needs of the pups. Made to be practical, durable and beautiful all
at once, it’s a product that comes from an honest and ethical background. The
accessories to the dog bed, including the pillow, pillowcase and dog toy are
made from Tű, Cérna, Szeretet ('Needle, Thread, Love'), along with the Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén branch of the Red Cross.

Sixfeet Dogware
Sixfeet
Dogware came about when founder Sarolta Arany became frustrated at the dearth of interesting dog accessories on the market. She
launched her business in 2011, and her colourful leashes, collars and doggie
coats have been bringing vibrancy to Budapest ever since.
If
that wasn’t cute enough, Saci has collaborated with other artists along the
way, such as fashion designer Anna Daubner, Fatum Tattoo Apparel and arty sock
brand Nebouxii to create matching outfits for dog and human.

Polka Dog
Polka
Dog has everything a dog owner could want – cute polka dot collars, funky
striped leashes, chequered bowties, floral dog handkerchiefs and many more fun
and colourful patterns to deck our your pooch in the finest canine fashion.
Virág
Regényi had long wanted to create her own brand, but the final push of
inspiration came with the introduction of a new family member: little Woody the
dog. When Virág tried to find a nice collar and leash set which matched his
personality, she found that she was coming up short. Rather than complain,
though, Virág set off to make her own merchandise. Polka Dog has all sorts of
fun accessories which are made from the highest quality materials, and if you can’t find something you like, custom sets are available.
The
fun doesn’t only apply to dogs – alongside pet products, there's also a range
of backpacks and purses with choices for men and women.

TIÉD.kerámia
Who
said a dog bowl can’t be both practical and beautiful? Our four-legged friends
might not care what the delicious snacks are consumed from, but if those bowls
are going to sit in our homes all day long, why not make them attractive?
The
owner of TIÉD.kerámia, Anna Somos, realised the need for individual, non-mass-produced
dog bowls. The ceramics in her shop are made with an eye for style, and have a
completely different vibe than the typical run-of-the-mill vessels which
we’re accustomed to. Rather than soulless white, tinny bowls, you get beautiful
earthenware, with milky colour schemes of opal, orange and steely blue, or
crackled blue-and-white with an interior of turquoise.
The
bowls come in all different shapes and sizes, and there are products for
humans, as well!
