A guided tour and a yoga class at the Hungarian National Gallery are what we call a picture-perfect tie-in. On March 22nd, you can strike a downward-facing dog in a very special environment, right under the dome of the gallery. Eszter Kovács, the founder of the Mat on the moon, will guide your practice, finishing the session with breathwork. Before the class, you will get to visit and learn more about the landscapes of Pál Szinyei Merse, Claude Monet and Károly Markó Sr.
