In Hungary every tenth baby is born before the 37th gestational week or under 2.5 kgs. On the occasion of 
World Prematurity Day Right(s) Beside You Association
 – the Hungarian partner of EFNCI (European Foundation for the Care of Newborn Infants), is organizing several events to raise awareness and offer sympathy.




On 
November 13th
 the national philharmonic orchestra’s chamber orchestra, 
Grazioso
, performs Puccini, Lara Fabian, Tchaikovsky and Bach pieces at the 
Budapest Music Center
. All ticket sales are set to support the association’s efforts, such as preventing premature birth and improving healthy survival rate of preemies. The concert starts at 5 pm, and tickets are available for 2,900 forints 
here

On 
November 17th
 one of the most picturesque landmarks of the world, the 
Chain Bridge
, will be lit up in purple, symbolizing the bridge in the making between doctors, nurses and parents involved in premature care.
 Right(s) Beside You
 invites everyone to join for a 
walk across the bridge from 4pm to 6pm
. Participants are encouraged to tie little purple ribbons onto the bridge honoring the brave little fighters who teach us all to be better humans.
