Gyémánt got to know each other as classmates in the jazz department of
the Franz Liszt Music Academy. One of them moved to Brussels, the other to
Oslo, but when they returned, they became the most important musical partner in
each other's lives. Their songs have a personal tone and carry emotional
depth, child-like abandon and wit. Their style can be defined as a mixture
of contemporary jazz and improvised pop. Their
most recent album called Shapeshifter
was created in a quartet with two Belgian musicians.
