Bertalan Sugár has been practising yoga for more than 15 years. After nine of ashtanga, he began training to be a yoga instructor and hasn't looked back. The real breakthrough came when he met his master, Jani Jaatinen – aka Gokulacandra – whose method he has followed ever since. The Gokul method focuses on the development of the bandhas, power centres inherent in body energy, and focuses on their proper use. Gokul Vinyasa is a traditional, holistic approach that not only moves not every little part of your physical body, but also your mind in synchronicity.
