For the first time, Belgian progressive R&B singer Tsar B is visiting Budapest. Behind the stage name there’s Justine Bourgeus, who mainly draws inspiration from Baroque art and R&B women from the ’90s. Her songs are eclectic, echoing musicians such as Björk, Grimes or Rihanna.
