Inside Budapest's coolest ruin bar, the Instant-Fogas complex, a super exciting yoga series kicks off on Saturday, and you can be part of it. After getting a neon body paint, you can participate in a tropical yoga class, illuminated by UV lights. Then you can find your zen at a relaxation session, backdropped by deep but rhythmic tribal Afro music. Bring a yoga mat (or message the organisers if you want to borrow one), and stay for the party afterwards.
