Photographer Zoltán Tombor has been taking images since 1994. Between 2003 and 2011, he lived in Milan, where he continued his career as a fashion photographer, then moved to New York to further his pursuits, returning home at the end of 2019 after significant international success. His photos and portraits have appeared in Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar and Time. His first major solo exhibition at Mai Manó reflects recent events and provides an insight into the world of fashion photography. The images respond to the uncertainty of the situation, drawing a portrait of the slow and quiet quarantine days by means of a fictional, isolated figure.
