The New Year’s Eve party The Show Must Go On at the Párisi Passage evokes the atmosphere of the bohemian nightclubs of Paris, where sensational artists, skilful acrobats, amazing jugglers, magical live music and majestic cuisine await, not to mention the sumptuous champagne on offer. On the last night of the old year, guests will see four impressive performances at the Passage: powerlifting couples, artists and jugglers are each preparing a spectacular show. After the performance, live music and, after midnight, a DJ, will provide just the right atmosphere.

Not only does the New Year’s Eve party promise to be fantastic, but the five-course menu will also hold some surprises. Chef Lajos Lutz’s kitchen will be clattering all night, starting with the welcoming snack of roast duck liver, then come scallops, before the pork broth and the juniper venison among the hot bites. Rib-eye pepper steak crowns the evening. The baked creamy chocolate ganache with raspberry mousse and passion-fruit juice will be the icing on the cake. In addition to the menu, you can also sample three glasses of excellent champagne from the long-established Laurent-Perrier winery: Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée Brut, Laurent-Perrier Ultra Brut and a Laurent-Perrier Millésimé 2008 Magnum bottle will be opened for the occasion.
