In honour of one of the most influential composers in film history, Ennio Morricone, the 178-minute director’s cut of Sergio Leone’s Western classic is back on the silver screen at the Corvin Cinema. The digitally renovated film returns for a limited number of screenings, in original language and with Hungarian subtitles. The Good, the Bad and the Ugly is still regarded as one of cinema’s greatest achievements, comprising an unforgettable soundtrack, emblematic long cuts and beautiful cinematography, as well as brilliant performances from Clint Eastwood, Eli Wallach and Lee Van Cleef.
