Following preliminary online check-ins – complying with the pandemic restrictions – visitors will have the chance to visit the Texhibition between 11 December and 10 January, where the creations of foreign and Hungarian textile artists are to be displayed. The aim of the project is to direct attention to a once leading branch of industry, its designers and the creative potential hidden within.

Over the course of five years, nearly 60 textile designers and several textile manufacturers have participated in the Texhibition project. The exhibition has offered a taste of Jacquard, tapestry, transfer-printed and digitally printed interior textiles, created by industrial textile designers of various generations, and working with several styles. As usual, the exhibition is complemented by other arts events, which you can find on the website and the Facebook page of Design Without Borders.
