Family secrets, fate, fantastic accomplishments, a transforming tribal world, the history of Taiwan’s new cinema – fascinating themes from the Far East await audiences for Taiwan Dox – Taiwan Documentary Days at the Toldi and Kino cinemas from 31 October to 2 November. This free festival offers eight of the best Taiwanese documentaries of recent years in Mandarin Chinese with English and Hungarian subtitles. All screenings are followed by a short discussion in Hungarian.
