Birman Shrestha, Nepali artist and sound therapist, is hosting a meditation session in Budapest for the first time. Shrestha has been working with different alternative sensory therapies. The aim of his paintings and photos is to calm and heal the viewer, but beside visuals, he also works with aural therapy. At this meditation session, attendees can join a healing session using Tibetan sound bowls and gongs, echoing the vibrations of the sacred OM.

After the meditation, a bowl workshop will be held by Shrestha, a seminar about the benefits of sound bowls and the art of playing them.
