Work by two contemporary female composers are the focus of the concert by the Danubia Orchestra Óbuda at the Franz Liszt Music Academy on 26 October. For the first time in Hungary, Grammy-nominated Missy Mazzoli, resident composer at the Chicago Symphony Orchestra for two seasons, will have a piece performed, Sinfonia (for Orbiting Spheres). First up, though, is Suite in Old Style by Dobrinka Tabakova, a Bulgarian composer currently based in London. Accompanying the acclaimed, pioneering Danubia Orchestra Óbuda will be viola player Maxim Rysanov
