Transitions are usually detected as temporary experiences, ones we may only recognise later. Gaps in continuity may become more prominent and prolonged, such as climate change or the pandemic, the unstoppable development of technology and digital platforms. The uncertainty of the future generates frustration and leaving our comfort zone is sometimes a necessary, difficult action of change. At present, this is a basic condition. This exhibition presents different aspects of transition through artworks from the four countries involved in the Alterum project. Artists include: Nina Galić, Jakub Choma, Kata M Kállai, Dominik Styk, Marie Vařeková and Michaela Švédová.
